T-T PUMPS, one of the UK’s leading suppliers and manufacturers of pumps and pumping equipment, situated in Woore on the Shropshire, Cheshire, and Staffordshire border has been recognised as an Investor in People for the ninth year running!

T-T PUMPS was first named as an Investor in People in 1997, and has consistently achieved the required standard for certification. The last assessment took place in June 2006 and involved an assessment of the 68 employees and a selected number of employee interviews. The company showed exceptional strengths in many areas, including:

· Focus on employee development and continuous improvement
· Encouragement of new ideas
· Mutual trust and respect between all staff
· Teamwork at all levels between and within departments

The Investors in People certification is a national initiative aimed at encouraging excellence in approaches to human resources management and enhanced organisational performance. The certification focuses on developing staff to meet individual, team and organisational needs.
