About T-T Enviro
TREATING EFFLUENT - PREVENTING POLLUTION
T-T Enviro is a relatively young Division of T-T and was formed to focus on effluent treatment and anti-pollution products. Many of these products have been in our portfolio for sometime, but demand has made us realise that many of our clients benefit from our ability to provide a combination of products and skills from a single source.
T-T has a distinctive advantage when dealing with sensitive environmental systems. We are able to merge our vast experience and expertise in pumps, controls, valves and service with the support of our internal design capabilities.
Chopper Pumps
T-T have a wide range of pumps and sludge transfer products. For effluent with high solid content our heavy duty chopper cutter pumps are highly effective and efficient. There are many options available from submersible, close coupled, engine mounted and long shaft chopper pumps with optional power supply from electric motor, diesel driven engine and PTO drives.
Screening
A unique range of high performance screens utilising a shaftless spiral for trouble free operation. The range includes models for screening the inlet flows of problematic pumping stations, through to products for pre-treatment works, grit removal and in works screens.
Separators
Treatment processing can be dramatically improved by extracting the major proportion of the solids matter at an early stage of the process by introducing a Separator. This reduces the BOD requirement and at the same time reduces nitrogen and phosphor levels allowing the remaining liquid to be treated with greater efficiency. Suitable for a variety of applications including treatment works, farms, abattoirs, vegetable and paper processing, biogas plants and energy production.
Mixers
T-T stocks a comprehensive range of electric submersible mixers, which are recommended for mixing and homogenising processes in sewage treatment plants. Suitable for effluent processing, industrial processes and agriculture/farming these mixers are durable and efficient even in the most extreme utilisation conditions. (Now available with ATEX certifications)
Aeration
TRN range of high performance aerators have excellent oxygen transfer which complies with the demanding EN12255-15 standard and can be installed without draining the aeration tank. The units provide excellent convection patterns allowing economical spacing of multiple units. These aerators can be applied in emergencies when treatment plants fail to meet consistent levels. We also offer submersible ejection for emergency aeration.
Membrane Diffusers
High performance diffusers come with a choice of membranes for a range of bubble sizes to suit specific applications. With T-T's flexibility and skills we can supply the entire aeration system including installation accessories. T-T designs the system on removable frames for ease of maintenance and all the diffusers are built so the membranes can be easily replaced or changed.
Scum Skimmers
Designed for decanting and removing scum from liquid surfaces, the Scum Skimmer can be used in a vast number of applications including treatment works and industrial processes.
Environment
The sensitivity of the environment is a responsibility that we take seriously. On many of the applications that we serve reliability is critical and that is why many clients insist on T-T equipment. Under current environmental legislation, fines are applied by the Environmental Agency for causing pollution. T-T will undertake a risk assessment prior to work commencing on any site work and introduce an action plan to avoid an incident.
