What have we supplied?
Custom Control Panels for Humanitarian Project in Congo
T-T customised two control panels to operate pumps within the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Africa, providing water to two nearby villages.
Both panels were single 3Ph Direct On Line starters and included a variety of protective devices specifically for environmental risk factors, such as lightning and surge protection, to ensure the efficient and uninterrupted running of the pumps.
In order to overcome geographical restrictions, the system provided was designed to work via solar power PV rays with battery storage.
Bespoke Controls for International Food Manufacturing Company
Bespoke control panel construction was the ideal solution for an international food manufacturing company in the U.S. that needed the panels for their newly commissioned factory.
Due to food hygiene requirements, the panels were constructed in stainless steel and to IP65-rated water-resistant specifications, allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The control units were also customised to comply with local safety regulations, specifically the Underwriters Laboratory American standard.
