Delivery Service
For all UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands) we aim to get your order out for next day delivery, providing they are ordered before the cut off time which is indicated within the van icon on every page.
We can guarantee that if a particular item has a green van symbol next to it we can get this item out on a Same Day Dispatch basis.
For all other items, we will aim to get these products dispatched the day we receive the order but we cannot guarantee this and delivery can take up to five days. If it is any longer than 5 days our team will contact you to discuss. Please note our purchasing and orders page.
In order for us to fulfill the Same Day Dispatch guarantee, we must have ALL of your items in stock on the day you place the order. In cases of bulk orders, it may be that we do not have enough units to fulfill this but we will ensure that a member of our team will contact you and arrange an alternative delivery schedule. In most cases, we will send out as many items as we can that same day and send any remaining items as soon as possible. We will liaise with you to make sure it fits around you.
When you are purchasing your products you will notice a green van icon, amber circle or purple bespoke icon in the ‘Delivery Status’ column on the Buying Options table.
When an item is marked with a green van this item is available for same day dispatch, providing it is ordered before the cut off time in the van symbol.
When an item is marked as an amber circle we will always aim to get this item to you as soon as possible. If a long lead time does apply a member of our team will contact you to advise.
When an item is marked with a purple bespoke icon we require further details to complete your order and a member of our technical team will be in touch.
We cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery on orders going to Northern Ireland or Ireland. We will endeavor to get the items out to you as soon as possible and a member of our sales team will contact you if there is a lead time longer than 5 days.
Due to your location, we must quote specifically for delivery or you can arrange your own collection, which does not carry a charge. If you wish for us to arrange delivery please select POA when processing your order and a member of our team will call you to quote delivery.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If your order has been dispatched with express courier you will receive a express courier consignment number. Using the express courier website you can enter this number into their system and track the progress of your order.
You can add as many things to your basket before you place an order. Once you have placed the order you will not be able to add anything else. Any additional products you would like will need to be made through a new online order.
