When will I get my order?

For all UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands) we aim to get your order out for next day delivery, providing they are ordered before the cut off time which is indicated within the van icon on every page.

We can guarantee that if a particular item has a green van symbol next to it we can get this item out on a Same Day Dispatch basis.

For all other items we will aim to get these products dispatched the day we receive the order but we cannot guarantee this and delivery can take up to five days. If it is any longer than 5 days our team will contact you to discuss.

I have selected items that are available for Same Day Dispatch delivery, but when I check out the message reads, ‘Please note you have exceeded the number of items available for same day dispatch and therefore a lead time may apply for some items in your basket. We will contact you to advise of a lead time if applicable.’ Why?

In order for us to fulfil the Same Day Dispatch guarantee we must have ALL of your items in stock on the day you place the order. In cases of bulk orders it may be that we do not have enough units to fulfil this but we will ensure that a member of our team will contact you and arrange an alternative delivery schedule. In most cases we will send out as many items as we can that same day and send any remaining items as soon as possible. We will liaise with you to make sure it fits around you.

What does ‘delivery status’ mean?

When you are purchasing your products you will notice a little green van icon, amber circle or purple bespoke icon in the ‘Delivery Status’ column on the Buying Options table.

When an item is marked with a green van this item is available for same day dispatch, providing it is ordered before the cut off time in the van symbol.

When an item is marked as an amber circle we will always aim to get this item to you as soon as possible. If a long lead time does apply a member of our team will contact you to advise.

When an item is marked with a purple bespoke icon we require further details to complete your order and a member of our technical team will be in touch.

I’m based in Ireland (including Northern Ireland), can I order same day dispatch products?

We cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery on orders going to Northern Ireland or Ireland. We will endeavour to get the items out to you as soon as possible and a member of our sales team will contact you if there is a lead time longer than 5 days.

I’m based in Ireland (including Northern Ireland), why are my delivery options POA or collection only?

Due to your location we must quote specifically for delivery or you can arrange your own collection, which does not carry a charge. If you wish for us to arrange delivery please select POA when processing your order and a member of our team will call you to quote delivery.

I’m based outside the UK, what are my delivery options?

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If your order has been dispatched with TNT you will receive a TNT consignment number. Using the TNT website you can enter this number into their system and track the progress of your order.

Can I add to my order?

You can add as many things to your basket before you place an order. Once you have placed the order you will not be able to add anything else. Any additional products you would like will need to be made through a new online order.
