We hope that finding the product you’re looking for is a simple and straight forward process.

Shop by product
Using the drop-down ‘Product’ in the top header you can search through our divisions to find the type of product you are looking for. Simply click on the Product tab and choose one of the following: Pumps, Valves, Controls, Pumping Stations or Agricultural and Environmental products. Within these divisions, you will get a breakdown of the different product ranges available

Search by Industry
We understand that sometimes you need a product based on its specific application and use. Using the drop-down on the main navigation you can select ‘Sectors’. By clicking on the various options you will be directed to an information page, which will summarise the industry or application. You can then click ‘Shop Now’ to see a list of relevant products (pumps, valves, controls and associated products) to browse for that industry or application.

Use the search bar
By using the search bar at the top of the website you can search by either the product name or product code. Type in the term you are looking for and press the spyglass icon or press enter on your keyboard to see a list of products matching the search term.

Still can’t find what you are looking for?
Use one of our online enquiry forms and a member of our technical team will get back to you as soon as possible. You can fill in a product-specific enquiry form by navigating on the main menu bar to Products – select your product – and click on the enquiry form tab, located next to the buying options, technical features and description tabs. Fill in all the applicable details and submit. You will the be contacted by a member of the team.

The majority of T-T's products are assigned a delivery band letter, A, B or C. See below for our quick and easy explanation of T-T's delivery bands and if a delivery charge is applied. Our delivery costs depend on location, weight and speed of delivery.

If we have a special offer available a special offer tab will appear in your account dashboard, in which you will see all available special offers. You will also be notified by email. On the product page you will see the below banner. Once clicked on you will be able to see the special offer PDF which includes all terms and conditions.

Your special offer price will appear on the product page, under the list price and you’re basket will automatically work out how much discount should be applied, including your additional 5%. The discount section will give you a breakdown of where you have saved money.

The exchange rate is updated live as per the Bank of England rates

International customers will need to include their delivery address for VAT purposes if collection has been selected, please include final product destination in the notes box in the order review section of the checkout. Proof of final destination will need to be supplied on collection.

All international deliveries will be POA (price on application), once your order is placed a member of our team will be in contact to discuss delivery charges.

There is a minimum order charge of $150 and €120.
