PUMP TESTING FACILITIES
Our on-site facilities allow us to complete both conventional and thermodynamic testing on pumps. This enables us to verify performance aspects such as flow rate, head performance and hydraulic efficiency.
Facilities include:
- A 7000L and 12,000L test tank suitable for submersible pumps
- Flow rate testing capacity of up to 650m3/h @ 110m designed for end-suction, split-case, and multi-stage impeller pump sets
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) on new and repaired equipment
- Live video stream of testing to customers upon request
CLEAN WATER TESTING
Our workshop also has a dedicated clean water facility, ideal for booster sets and clean/potable pumps.
Our skilled engineers have achieved the National Water Hygiene Scheme (NWHS) certification and have undergone full water testing, backed by certifications for TVC22C, TVC37C, E.coli, Coliforms, Pseudomonas and Legionella.

TANKERING
Does your site require tankering and jetting services? Let us take the stress away by arranging and coordinating this for you.
We only work with trusted professional companies we have built up good relationships with. We liaise with the company, book visits, raise purchase orders and pay invoices. We charge a 15% admin fee on top of the tankering company invoice.
OUR THREE-STAGE EVALUATION PROCESS
Stage 1
Our team produce a detailed report with photographs of all components - this is sent to the customer for reference.
Stage 2
The returned pump and all of its parts are carefully examined by a skilled T-T engineer. The results of this examination are analysed and put into a document for the customer, complete with recommendations and any possible site issues.
Stage 3
A quotation for repair, including all components to be replaced, labour and carriage costs, is generated. If the pump cannot be repaired we will issue a sales quote for a suitable replacement within the report.
