Workshop Facilities & On-Site Pump Repairs

Our Cheshire-based pump service workshop gives the mobile service team access to remote locations nationwide, and with comprehensive workshop facilities, T-T's highly skilled engineers carry out both scheduled maintenance and emergency pump repair services.

At T-T your pumps are assessed and supported with service reports that detail requirements to fully refurbish your pump. This includes motor rewinds, from standard to ATEX motors. All repairs come with a 6-month warranty, with a local collection and delivery service available (weight and distance may incur costs).

PUMP SPARES

Our team keeps an accurate stock of pump spares and other in-demand components available in the warehouse - this ensures that we have a wide range of parts on-hand for emergencies such as sewage pumping station repairs and next day delivery (on orders placed before 3pm).

This includes mechanical seals, o ring kits, bearings, impellers, pump casings, power cables and power cable gland kits.

By having the components we need in stock and on-site, T-T is able to mitigate potential downtime due to a fault and the costs it would incur, with short lead times on manufactured parts for pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants and other systems available.

With such a wide range of spares and comprehensive expertise, T-T can service the following types of pumps:

TESTING FACILITIES

T-T tests its pumps, valves, control panels and agricultural machinery prior to shipment to ensure that our clients are receiving the highest quality equipment that we can produce.

Customers are then provided with a full report outlining the tests that took place and their results, keeping them informed on the history and performance of their products both new and refurbished.

Some of the tests that take place include:
