T-T Achieves CHAS and SMAS Worksafe Accreditations
TT Pumps has once again achieved the CHAS and SMAS Worksafe accreditations for health and safety, demonstrating our compliance and commitment to excellence in safety procedures and risk management. As highly regarded SSIP Member Schemes recognised across many industries, these accreditations provide our clients with complete confidence that they are working with a suitably competent supplier working to the highest health and safety standards.
First achieved by TT in 2010, the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) is a widely recognised accreditation requiring companies to demonstrate competence and compliance across a number of different risk management areas, showing that they can successfully mitigate supply chain risks. As CHAS Advanced accredited members, the assessment covers a multitude of different areas including health & safety, insurance, financial, environmental, quality management, equal opportunities and diversity, and corporate and professional standing.
SMAS Worksafe is another leading SSIP accreditation scheme once again achieved by TT Pumps, demonstrating our commitment to workplace safety, compliance and responsible workplace management.
As well as CHAS and SMAS Worksafe, TT Pumps holds many other health and safety accreditations from SSIP providers, including Constructionline and SafeContractor, along with RISQS and UVDB verification. Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) is widely regarded as the most efficient route to demonstrating health and safety by multiple industries, giving our clients complete confidence when working with us. TT is committed to providing up-to-date SSIP information and holds Professional Indemnity cover of £5m.
