New Workshop and Upgrade to Production Facilities

We're delighted to announce our brand new workshop and a major upgrade to our production facilities here at TT Pumps.

Over the last few years, we've been expanding our operation to meet increased demand. This has increased our storage and workshop facilities by 60%. As part of this upgrade, we took the opportunity to create a new layout that would streamline our operation. This brought a logical flow and more efficiency into our production process.

Work started at the end of 2019 with brand new machinery ordered for spring 2020. As well as a major upgrade of the power supply to our site in Woore, Cheshire. Covid-19, however, brought this to a halt. Our priority changed to ensure staff, customers and suppliers could remain safe whilst supporting demand for our products and services. Unfortunately we had to put the work on hold.

By June 2020, we were running back at almost normal capacity. This brought an urgent need to complete the new workshop. We started the project again and reignited machine tool suppliers and contractors to complete the outstanding work. The facilities were constructed, machine tools installed and the power supply was upgraded to 315kVA high voltage. We finished the work just before Christmas, ready for production to start in the new year 2021.

Demand has remained steady for TT Pump's product during the year. This has resulted in further recruitment across a range of departments as we continue to grow. The upgraded production facilities and new machinery will continue to empower us as one of the UK's leading companies in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of pumps, controls, valves, environmental products and systems.
