PTS 100K-200 - Heavy Duty Submersible Chopping Pumps
The PTS range of heavy-duty chopper pumps has been designed for farming and Biogas applications and can handle up to 12% solids. For example, when used within slurry from cattle sheds, it solves the problem of pumping heavy solids that contains sawdust and straw, etc. which causes problems for standard pumps. The heavy-duty cutting system consists of a serrated suction cover, cutting blades, twin cutting blocks, and goes into an open multi-channel impeller which means that you have a truly hassle-free design.
This range has been used in farming, abattoirs, Biogas plants, and food processing. We can offer a standard motor or full ATEX-approved designs. We can also provide specialist coatings for corrosive applications and for high and low pH levels.

The PTS series are a range of heavy duty submersible chopping pumps, ideal for particularly heavy applications that require a preliminary chopping of the solid material suspended in the liquid being pumped. Each pump has a large, through-passage, open multi-channel impeller and double cutting system in suction inlet.
