Trojan Grinder - Single/Dual Above Ground Pumping Station

The Trojan Grinder range of compact pumping stations provides a complete unit with grinder pumps, valves and a control panel, boasting easy installation and maintenance thanks to their prepackaged design.

The Trojan Grinder is used in wastewater or sewage applications where removal is not possible under gravity, such as a single dwelling and multiple developments, with the grinder impeller providing reliable solids handling in effluent removal applications.

This complete above-ground pumping station comes in single and dual pump configurations.

  • Polyethylene chamber
  • 55l or 150l capacity
  • IP68 - fully submersible
  • Complete unit fitted with high-efficiency single/dual grinder pumps
  • Mechanical seal within an oil bath
  • Pneumatic level control with LCD display, fault and alarm options available (IP68 rated)
  • Maximum media temperature 55ºC
  • 250mm minimum inlet height
  • Supplied with 3.5m cable to motor and 3.5 pneumatic tube connecting Trojan to control unit (IP65 rated)

  • Wastewater or sewage applications where removal is not possible under gravity, such as a single dwelling or multiple developments
