To change the currency with which you are browsing products and purchasing, follow the simple steps below:
- Click the currency selector (GBP £) in the top right corner of the page
- Select the currency you would like to use from the drop-down menu
- Price values on the website will automatically change to your selected currency
- Continue your online shopping as normal! Add products to your basket and proceed to the checkout to pay in your preferred currency
The exchange rate is updated live as per the Bank of England's rates.
International customers will need to include their delivery address for VAT purposes if collection has been selected, please include final product destination in the notes box in the order review section of the checkout. Proof of final destination will need to be supplied on collection.
There is a minimum order charge of $150 and €120 respectively.
We keep all our stock replenished to ensure we are not out of stock of items, however occasionally lead times may apply for some of our products. If you place an order and a lead time will apply we will contact you on the same day you place the order (within business hours) and give you details of the lead time.

Some of our products say P.O.A; this means they have to be priced on the specific application and therefore cannot be brought online. If some products you wish to purchase are P.O.A and others are available to buy online you should call one of our technical team on +44(0)1630 647200.
Yes! Our website has been designed so that you can make purchases no matter where you are and what device you are using.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, firstly check your junk email. If you still have not received an email give us a call on +44(0)1630 647200 and we will check the progress of the order.
If you’re having problems using your card online, firstly please don’t panic. If your card has been declined please try resubmitting your details, if this continues you may need to speak to your card operative.
Alternatively just call us on +44(0)1630 647200 and we will help you resolve the issue as best we can.
Our online accounting system uses Sage Pay, a renowned secure Payment Service Provider (PSP), used by over 55,000 businesses. They do regular audits on payment pages to ensure that they comply with the latest security standards and have the highest level of card data security (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).
When making a purchase look out for the padlock, which can appear either in the top or bottom right hand corner, or next to the web address bar depending on the browser you are using. This shows that you are making a secure payment, the SSL certificate should also appear when the padlock is clicked on. If you cannot see a padlock check that the URL starts with 'https' instead of 'http'. This is another way to check that the payment is secure.
