We manufacture all pumping stations in-house from design, using the latest 2D and 3D CAD software, through to assembly and testing. How we operate
From the initial enquiry, we produce a quotation followed by project drawings. Once drawings have been approved, the manufacturing stage will commence for the pumps, control system, pipework, valves and ancillary equipment – a bespoke arrangement to your site’s specific requirements.
Prior to any work commencing on site, method statements and risk assessments, to satisfy Construction (design and management) (CDM) requirements, are submitted. To comply with legislation our experienced site teams hold current certificates for confined space working, and electrical installations, together with CSCS accreditation cards. We will also complete an environmental risk assessment prior to commencing work to avoid environmental damage and the risk of any fines from the Environmental Agency.
Our commissioning engineers will undertake a full check of the installation, ensuring that the installation is safe and meets all of the required standards. Following an NICEIC test, the pumping station is put into operation. Checks are carried out to verify the pumping station’s operational sequence and its overall function.
