T-T Pumps Ltd, one the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their external site teams.

This challenging and diverse role includes working alongside a mechanical engineering installing, commissioning and servicing of pumping equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Attend sites across the UK
• Support our after sales and breakdown department when available
• Be prepared to stay away from home when required, at least one night a week
• Maintain company procedures and improve where possible
• Complete site reports after each visit and obtain customer signature
• Return all completed site reports and time sheets in a timely fashion
• Be a good ambassador for the company, promoting all products and services
• Ensure all materials and tools are available before leaving and complete works within time frames
• Communicate at all levels
• Be responsible for petty cash and credit card
• Identify training needs

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Based North Somerset / Bristol

ANY OTHER DUTIES NECESSARY:

• Be flexible to the requirements of the business
• Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time

PERSON SPECIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ TRAINING

• C&G Level 3 - Initial and periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations - Essential
• Electrical qualification to 17th or 18th Edition - Desirable
• Confined space training - Desirable
• First Aid - Desirable
• CSCS - Desirable

Knowledge

• Knowledge of the industry - Desirable

Experience

• Experience of working in a similar role or maintenance - Desirable
• Preferably with motors and/or pumps - Desirable
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) - Desirable

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to work flexibly - Essential
