Distributor Training

As part of our commitment to providing high-quality products and services, T-T offers bespoke distributor sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of each supplier. Equipping each T-T stockist with comprehensive information of our products, across all five divisions, ensures that T-T’s clients receive a positive customer experience wherever they shop. Training points include:

  • Product training – this covers the operation and functionality of new and existing T-T products, meaning that distributors will have a proficient understanding of the equipment and how to undertake effective repairs.
  • Optimal product selection – this ensures that T-T customers will always receive expert advice on the best piece of equipment for their application, whether it be a pump, valve or control panel that is needed.
  • Sizing a pumping station – accurate sizing is vital to achieving required flow rates and discharge pressures in a fluid management system. This training will give distributors an understanding of the considerations around optimal pump station sizing for optimal wastewater handling.

RIBA Approved CPD

T-T offers a RIBA-approved lunch and learn Continual Professional Development seminar that will give you a comprehensive understanding of pumping stations, as well as keep you informed on relevant legislative and regulatory changes. The CPD is approximately 45 minutes long and can be completed either remotely or at T-T HQ, topics covered during the seminar include:

  • Functionality
  • Components and ancillaries (such as pumps, valves and controls panels)
  • Private vs adoptable pumping stations
  • Pump station maintenance
  • Risk assessments and environmental responsibility
