Pump Repair Services
Our team of engineers specialise in clean water pump, wastewater pump and whole pumping system repairs– as well as undertaking equipment refurbishment and sourcing appropriate replacements where necessary.
PUMP TESTING FACILITIES
Our on-site facilities allow us to complete both conventional and thermodynamic testing on pumps. This enables us to verify performance aspects such as flow rate, head performance and hydraulic efficiency.
Facilities include:
- A 7000L and 12,000L test tank suitable for submersible pumps
- Flow rate testing capacity of up to 650m3/h @ 110m designed for end-suction, split-case, and multi-stage impeller pump sets
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) on new and repaired equipment
- Live video stream of testing to customers upon request
CLEAN WATER TESTING
Our workshop also has a dedicated clean water facility, ideal for booster sets and clean/potable pumps.
Our skilled engineers have achieved the National Water Hygiene Scheme (NWHS) certification and have undergone full water testing, backed by certifications for TVC22C, TVC37C, E.coli, Coliforms, Pseudomonas and Legionella.

OUR THREE-STAGE EVALUATION PROCESS
Stage 1
When we receive your pump, it will be carefully stripped and examined by our skilled engineers.
The results are then analysed and documented. Our team will produce a full detailed report containing photographs explaining the failure.
Stage 2
The report is sent to you for review, along with a quotation for repair- including all genuine parts that are required to be replaced, labour, carriage costs and installation if required.
If the pump is uneconomical for repair, we will issue a sales quote for a suitable replacement within the report.
Stage 3
Once we receive your approval, the repair will take place as quickly and efficiently as possible to get you up and running again.
