Pumping Station Installation & Commissioning

T-T's experienced engineers can take you through the entire pump station process, from product selection to final commissioning, using their industry knowledge to ensure optimal performance of your pumping station for your site. We also offer refurbishment of all your pump systems, stations and other ancillary equipment. Find out more about pump refurbishment.

Installation

T-T install all of the pumping station electrical and mechanical equipment on-site, with a full commissioning service to ensure your system operates in optimal condition and to your required specifications.

Prior to any work commencing on-site, method statements and risk assessments are submitted to satisfy Construction, Design and Management requirements. All work is carried out by T-T's highly trained and skilled teams, who have combined electrical and mechanical knowledge.

To comply with legislation, all T-T site teams hold current certificates for confined space working, 17th edition electrical installation requirements, together with CSCS accreditation cards and first aid.

Commissioning

Once the electricity supply and liquid connections are made, the pumping station is ready to be commissioned. Our engineers will undertake a full check of the installation, ensuring that it is safe and to the required specification.

Following a NICEIC test the pumping station is put into operation. Checks are carried out to verify the pumping station's operational sequence and its overall function. A full installation and commissioning report is provided to the site representative.
