Aquavault® Gate Valves

Aquavault® gate valve stems are constructed from an enhanced grade of stainless steel as standard, ensuring reliable pipeline isolation in harsh operating environments, and formed from rolled thread for reduced operating friction. This quality performance is further guaranteed by our in-house calibrated hydrostatic testing facilities, where each valve is certified and given a unique serial number for full traceability.

The range is versatile, having achieved third party accreditation by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme for safe use in potable water applications; being constructed from corrosion resistant materials for longevity in wastewater and raw sewage; and conforming to EN1074.

For critical applications where dependability and performance are paramount, the Aquavault® features a full, clear bore that maximises flow when open; an EPDM encapsulated wedge that retains its original shape for reliable sealing; a corrosion resistant fusion bonded epoxy coating and accommodation for a range of actuation methods.
