The client came to T-T for a full service of their chopper pumps, which were installed back in 2015 and had operated continuously for over 42,000 hours! With four pumps in need of maintenance, our team decided to take one at a time into the workshop so as not to disturb the farm’s regular operations.

Once at T-T HQ’s onsite workshop in Woore, our experts carried out a complete service of the pumps. This included changing all wear parts; deep cleaning of the pump both internally and externally; and full testing to ensure the pumps met their required operating parameters, such as hydrostatic pressure testing for structural integrity.
