Pumping Station Monitoring

Seer is the ultimate monitoring solution that not only monitors pumping stations but is versatile enough to monitor any equipment.  Featuring 24/7 live status and alarm activation, but most importantly, observation of the whole system with a history that allows potential issues to be identified early.

Why choose Seer Monitoring?

Seer is the equivalent of having an Engineer based on site 24/7, 365 days a year, monitoring the performance of the system at all times.

This means we can remotely view your equipment's operational performance and consequently schedule visits to suit, saving time and money compared to traditional planned pump maintenance.

Any issues which do arise can be identified early and dealt with accordingly. From here we can perform some actions remotely, such as pump resets, when used with a compatible control panel removing the need for costly breakdown callouts.

How it works...

Seer® is an advanced data logger which uses cloud-based technology to continually communicate the operational status of your equipment in real-time.

This collected data is then analysed by our in-house team of experienced Mechanical, Electrical and Automation Engineers who have a wealth of pump station design and manufacturing knowledge, in both Private and Adoptable sectors.

We remotely log data on the parameters of the equipment operating cycle, monitoring variables such as wet well fill rates and pump and valve performance.

This ensures we only deploy labour when necessary and with predetermined expectations of the issue on site, ensuring that any breakdowns can be resolved efficiently and effectively.

What our Customers Say

“Having T-T pumps involved in the design, installation and monitoring processes for our mutual scheme proved dividend in the end in what ultimately turned out to be a complex arrangement.

The expertise, advisories and specific technical knowledge was more than appreciated as we worked together to ensure the station's systems behaved as expected when installed.

When any fail safes were triggered, T-T’s Seer telemetry and notification technology allowed simple investigations to be undertaken and issues quickly determined by way of common occurrences mapped out with ease.

Without Seer in place, it would have been impossible to determine any repetitive distinctions and to in turn prepare appropriate solutions to remedy problems expediently.”
