Steve Millward Retires After Supporting Our Apprenticeship Scheme for 18 Years
T-T Pumps has always been passionate about apprenticeships and developing the next generation of talent, having run a successful apprenticeship scheme for more than 30 years and winning a Cheshire Business Award back in 2018.
For 18 of those years, T-T has been closely involved with Steve Millward, Training Liaison Officer for Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group, who has played a key role in introducing new apprentices and ensuring that their training and education was in line with expectations.
Steve recently announced his retirement and called in to the T-T offices to say goodbye to the team. Pictured in the photo is Steve, along with some of our current apprentices and other staff members who benefited from being apprentices at T-T.
Everyone at T-T Pumps would like to thank Steve for his hard work and wish him well for his retirement.
Bob Nash, Managing Director of T-T Pumps, said:
“We have known Steve for over 18 years and would like to thank him for all his hard work in supporting our apprentices.
“Most of our apprentices have gained BTEC level and beyond, up to Degree level. With Steve, they have received good advice and career direction.
“Thank you for all your dedication over the years and good luck for your retirement!”
Now, T-T pumps is looking to recruit the next generation of apprentices and has recently launched a recruitment drive for those who have gained A levels that can be applied to training vacancies in Sales, Marketing and Accounting.
T-T is passionate about the value in vocational training by combining work with education and is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are seeking the chance to progress in a rewarding and exciting career.
