T-T Obtain CHAS Premium Plus Accreditation

T-T is now CHAS Premium Plus accredited. This means we have demonstrated the ability to meet all of the pre-qualification requirements for the construction industry. This has included the following checks and assessments:

• Health and Safety
• Financial and Business Standing
• Environmental
• Quality Assurance
• Equal Opportunities and Diversity
• Anti-bribery and Corruption
• Modern Slavery

The health and safety requirements included an assessment by a qualified assessor, we demonstrated that our health and safety policies and procedures meet and exceed the standard of the construction industry requirements. For example, our site teams are always at least two members to ensure safety, our engineers are all confined spaced trained and have all the relevant qualifications to allow them to complete their pumping station installation and service tasks accordingly.

The financial assessment ensured that our business is in a suitable financial position to provide the contractual service we offer. For example, during your construction project, you can have peace of mind that by using T-T as a contractor to supply and install your pumping station, we are in a strong enough financial standing to produce this service.

The environmental element of the accreditation assessed our business on our environmental processes and practices. As we are committed to reducing our impacts on the environment, the CHAS assessors were happy to pass on this element. Our commitment can be seen by the continual work our green team is doing to ensure we are a sustainable company. Further to this, we are currently in the process of undertaking assessment to become ISO14001 accredited.

The CHAS assessors checked our quality assurance documents and processes.  Due to holding our ISO19001 standard since 1998, we could demonstrate our commitment to providing high-quality products to our clients. All our products go through stringent testing to ensure not only suitability for the application but exceed quality standards.

Finally, we had to demonstrate we had the following policies in place, equal opportunities and diversity, anti-bribery and corruption, and modern slavery. Here at T-T we take the wellbeing of our staff seriously and demonstrated our commitment to providing a safe and secure place to work.
