CONTRACTOR PUMPS
At the exhibition held at Hillhead Quarry in Buxton T-T will be featuring their range of popular contractors pumps, including their 1500 model versions of the Liberator and Trencher. The pumps are specifically designed for tough applications, featuring wear-resistant impellers, interchangeable spares and ease of maintenance. The 1500 models are completely unique to the industry, having all the features you would expect from a contractor pump. However, being capable of up to 21m head and flows of up to 640 l/min. The pumps are available in 110V, 230V and 400V.

CLEAN WATER PUMPS
T-T supply a comprehensive range of fixed and variable-speed clean water booster sets, designed and manufactured to provide both the required flow and water pressure for high-rise building applications. The Hi-Dro boost range of boosting sets are manufactured using the latest pump technology from the CNP range of clean water pumps, they are assembled using stainless steel suction and delivery manifolds, WRAS-compliant components and mounted onto a heavy-duty stainless steel base plate. The Hi-dro boost can be controlled via either mechanical pressure switches for fixed speed applications, or our range of variable speed control drive to maintain a constant pressure level during varying flow rate demand.

VALVES
T-T will be showcasing the Aquavault, an innovative engineered resilient seated wedge gate valve for watertight pipeline isolation. Designed in the UK using the latest computer-aided technology including finite element analysis techniques to ensure regulatory compliance and long-life reliable operation. During service resilient seated gate valves can be exposed to arduous hydraulic conditions, accelerating corrosion and ultimately contaminating the media. With this in mind, T-T Flow, T-T’s Valve division embarked in designing and manufacturing a product that would offer unparalleled performance whilst reducing whole-life costs. Effortless sealing performance is achieved through the optimal vulcanised symmetrical wedge profile, incorporating a captive dezincification-resistant copper-alloy nut with self-lubricating properties. The wedge has a generous self-draining core that reduces bacterial growth and guided by smooth stabilising extended polymer shoes reducing operating torque. Both body and bonnet are manufactured in lightweight ductile iron coated in protective fusion bonded epoxy, while the joint integrity is assured by means of an O-ring that encircles fasteners and retained within a recess preventing potential blow-out.
