When it comes to training and development we are really raising the bar. Over the past few years T-T's capital investment program has initiated a greater focus on training our existing workforce and hiring talented individuals across the country. Our accomplishments have been reflected in our profitable growth, initial export success and our recent achievement, as we earnt a spot as one of Britain’s top 1000 companies to inspire Britain by the London Stock Exchange. It is due to T-T's recent expansion that we are looking to continually develop our workforce, incorporating the thinkers of tomorrow.

With students looking to complete their studies in the summer T-T will be offering multiple vacancies to graduate calibre individuals to meet the future demands of the business. The progressive engineering company, specialising in pumps, pumping stations, valves, controls and monitoring equipment, are looking for not only enthusiasm for industry experience but progressive ideas about upcoming market advancements. Fresh perspective is another vital quality that we are looking for, which combined with T-T’s extensive training program can ensure the most innovative ideas propel to the forefront of T-T’s business plan.

Over the years we've hired not only apprentices, but recent university graduates to develop certain areas of the company.
Focusing on technical expertise in large bespoke pumping projects T-T recently recruited an engineering graduate, Matthew Lowe, to apply his mechanical knowledge into the design of pumping stations. With an innovative insight into engineering practices, we soon developed our design procedures to incorporate multiple modernising practices that the employee had been taught at university, while Matthew has in turn participated in intensive training required to meet the demands of a career in engineering. Other degree qualified colleagues are employed within the Service, Accounts, Human Resources and Marketing departments. Recognising the importance of positive leadership within the company, T-T have supported graduates through their professional development in order to fulfil the responsibilities required to form today’s management team.

All in all, as a nationwide company looking towards expansion and a greater presence in the international market, we understand the importance of hiring for both combined skill and attitude and that is why we hope to recruit recent graduates looking for a long and fulfilling careers in a progressive company.
